Children’s library workers are always looking for new and fresh content for their programming. What are songs and stories you have been using in your programming that have been successful? Bring your innovation and success to this content-sharing networking chat! (Of particular interest – innovations in digital storytimes, such as off-site storytimes, and song- and rhyme-sharing that is inclusive!)

Partnering to Improve Indigenous Representation

Session Description

Indigenous Representation is a statewide project with a mission to bring quality Indigenous-authored resources and professional development opportunities to Minnesota educators and librarians. In this live discussion, hear about how we designed Indigenous Representation to ensure accurate representations and foster paradigm shifts using Indigenous-authored materials. Learn about the many paths this work has taken and strategize about the possibilities for such work in your own state.
